These Terms of Service apply to the AI consulting and technology services offered by RAYNE ENTERPRISES LTD, located at 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, England, W1W 5PF, and registered under number 12652290 (“Company”).

  • These Terms apply to all AI consulting and technology services (“Services”) offered by the Company.
  • They do not apply to other promotions or agreements unless specifically stated.
  • By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and to all decisions made by the Company to ensure smooth delivery.
  • If any provision is void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still apply.
  • The Company may amend these Terms at any time, without prior notice.

2. Services

The Company provides AI-powered marketing and sales automation through its proprietary Train Automate Grow (T.A.G) AI Agents and related frameworks.

Services may include:

  • AI Agent Implementation – Deployment of T.A.G AI Agents to manage leads and customer inquiries 24/7.
  • Enterprise Solutions – Custom AI agents designed around your workflows, data, and business goals.
  • Service Tiers – Options include Do It Yourself, Done For You, and Done With You packages.

Specific details, deliverables, and scope of your Services will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work or client agreement.

3. Fees and Payment

  • Fees are charged according to your selected service tier agreement.
  • No payment is required to review these Terms of Service.
  • Taxes will be added as required by law.
  • All fees are exclusive of taxes, unless otherwise stated.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide all necessary data, system access, and cooperation for effective service delivery.
  • Ensure accuracy and legality of all data provided.
  • Follow applicable rules of conduct of the Company.

5. Rights of the Company

  • The Company may suspend or terminate Services if Terms are violated.
  • The Company may modify Services or tiers if circumstances make original terms unreasonable.
  • In cases of suspected violations, fraud, or abuse, the Company may suspend Services and system access.

6. Privacy

  • You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal and business data.
  • The Company may use this data to deliver Services and share it with third-party subprocessors, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
